South Dakota is strongest when we care for each other, connect across differences, and organize to build something better.

Why I'm running

Social Work has given me the privilege of walking alongside everyday South Dakotans through some of their hardest moments — and what I've learned is that our systems are simply not working. Too many basic rights exist behind a paywall, too many neighbors are being left behind, and the health and wellbeing of our community has paid the price.I'm running for House Representative for District 15 because I believe that service to community is how we build a brighter future for all.

What I'll work for

Housing Rights Access

We have a slumlord problem. It's time to protect South Dakotan renters from landlords looking to make a quick buck. Our children, families, and neighbors deserve safe housing.

Expanding Youth & Family Services

The wellbeing of our youth and families points to the future of South Dakota. From pre and post-natal healthcare, to affordable childcare, to after-school programming - we can do more to protect, enrich, and inspire the next generations of our community.

Houselessness Prevention & Services

Homelessness is a solvable problem with no place in our abundant world. I believe in evidence-based practices (like housing-first programs and wraparound services) that uplift, empower, and value our most vulnerable neighbors.
